Q: Can you guys track my order??
A: No, we at KiaPods do not have the ability to provide shipping information for the suppliers that we send out. If you want shipping/tracking information, contact the supplier directly and do not fill our inbox with emails (you'll be ignored)!

Q: What do I receive when I buy?
A: You will receive a link to a supplier/vendor to purchase the 1:1 products. As said above, we don't have anything to do with shipping or your order as a whole after you buy from us, so please contact the vendor for any questions.

Q: How do I get my product after I receive my supplier link?
A: Once you receive the supplier link, you can go to the link, put in how many of the product you'd like to purchase, then put in your information, it's quite simple. Please read above for information regarding shipping! (we do not provide tracking for your shipping)
