Kiapods will not be issuing refunds for ANY purchases at all. Do not try to contact us for a refund or to try to get a replacement/switch of your order.

If you try to contact us for any refunds, you will be blocked.

All sales are final. KiaPods does not offer any money-back guarantees. By reading this & purchasing from us, you recognize AND AGREE that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. There are no warrenties available for our products. PLEASE note ALL of this before purchasing.

Regarding What We Sell:
We at KiaPods sell 1:1 replica product supplier links. We simply provide LINKS to the SUPPLIERS who make the products. Once you purchase from us, we send you an email containing your supplier link, and then you purchase from the supplier to get your 1:1 reps (to clear up any confusion before you purchase).

We do have certain times and/or sales where we do sell 1:1 products themselves and not the supplier links, however in regards to those products, we ONLY offer refunds on those if WE cannot provide the product to you. If you order the product and get it shipped, and then decide you don't like the quality or the look of the product, you ARE NOT entitled to a refund.
